The plane ride, as Gage had said, only lasted an hour or so. It was a nice ride, and seemed to go by so quickly. One minute Kiki had been told there was about an hour to go before landing, the next minute they were there. It was as though the night hadn't even begun yet. The suspence was still there as she wondered how this night would turn out, how this dinner would turn out. She was totally and completely (did I mention wholeheartedly?) flattered by the fact he would go through all this trouble to take her on a date. Of course, just because she wasn't a Billings girl, didn't mean she wasn't sort of accustomed to the whole "over the top and amazing" thing. Her life was actually fairly interesting whether she had the perks of being a Billings chick or not. It was just filled with a few more books, that's all.

Gage stood up after the long plane ride. Well of course it wasn't long it was only an hour after all. He took Kiki's hand and led them off the plane, where another car waited for them. This time it was actually his, because he actually drove himself around, well most of the time, while he was in New York.

Kiki stood up from her seat a bit to ethusiastically. She was ready, and just wanted to get to dinner. Whereever that was. She gratefully took Gage's hand and walked with him off of the plane and to the car. It was nice; she didn't know whether it was his, or, like the limo, just borrowed or something of that sort. Then again, it didn't matter. "So," Kiki began, turning to him and smiling, "Where are you taking me off to now?" She said this in a bit of a joking manner, due to the fact that this entire night had been full of surprises and the most unexpected things she could imagine.

Gage turned to look at her and smiled, "Well we're only going out to dinner so nothing to crazy. At least not for the first date." He started his car, "Traffic is probably gonna suck." He chuckled.

"Well, it doesn't have to be completely insane and crazy to be fun." She laughed, turning to face forward again. "Yeah, it is New York." She watched as he started the car, but then turned her attention to the city. "It's nice to be back here," Kiki said. "This is my hometown, you know."

Gage smirked, "Well it usually does for me." When there wasn't at least a little bit of danger somewhere it was slightly boring. He was all for the excitement of things. Which is probably why he liked sex so much. "Really, I don't think I could ever take you for an NY girl. Not like Noelle at least." Kiki seemed to non-conceited to be from New York. Or well the part he was from.

Fun usually consisted of craziness and insanity for Gage? Kiki could deal with that. That was something she liked about him. He was so different from her, and yet intriguing in a way. "You wouldn't take me for a New York girl? That's a shock." She put her hand on her heart as though she had never heard this before. "Yeah, that's not the first time I've heard that." She lowered her hand and turned forward again with a little shrug of her shoulders. Not like Noelle at least. She let out an inward sigh. Some would take that as an insult, she supposed. But Kiki didn't. Noelle was... beautiful, but not perfect like some would think. Kiki couldn't imagine a perfect life as President of Billings. Just seeing it... it seemed impossible. In Kiki's mind, perfection was the highest, yet nonexistent goal, that was impossible to get to, but possible to reach for.
She had to get her mind off of Noelle. Off of Billings. That didn't matter to her at all. "So, where are you from?" Kiki said, trying to make conversation, and taking the conversation off of her own back.

Gage chuckled, "Well its just that you don't seem as vicious as the rest of the girls." She was way to sweet to be like any of them. Maybe that's why they all didn't like her. "I'm from New York too." He loved this place. Just everything about it was amazing.

"Vicious?" She laughed at that one. Yeah, Kiki knew some girls from New York who were vicious. She was glad she was not included in that category. Maybe it could be a compliment, somehow... sometimes... but it depended on the person. "New York too, huh? I can see you living in New York. I mean, I could never picture you in some suburban home with like, a front lawn and a dog. And especially not in the country. It would be to boring for your personality." Then she quickly added, "Which is a compliment. I'm not implying that... I mean, yeah." She fell quite again. If only she had something to listen to, anything, so that this ackward silence would just go away. Her iPod was her best friend in times like these, but of course she couldn't just take it out. How weird and rude would that be? Not that she wanted to drive Gage away, she just wanted to drive the silence away. "Erm, so..." She clasped her hands together, driven to make this work and not be completely dull, "For want of something more interesting to talk about, tell me about yourself. Any siblings? Hillarious holiday stories? I dunno, anything."

Gage nodded, "Yea, I don't think I have the attention span for the country or a suburbia." He laughed. It was entirely true though. He would never be able to live in a with barely any people, and the people that were there were nothing exciting. "No siblings. All I have is a dog when I come home. And, no holiday stories either." His parents weren't ever there so it didn't matter. They were always busy with either their fuck buddies and their life to care. He wasn't even sure if his parents new he existed still. "What about you. I'm sure you must have some embarrassing family stories."

Kiki had to laugh at that. "Well, at least you have the dog, right?" She paused, thinking for a moment. "No, no embarrasing stories. My father is quite the business man himself." Understatement. "So holidays are nice of course, but they are always kind of... formal. Used for business contacts sometimes, and whatever. Loads of people." Big understatement. "But nothing ever amazingly exciting happens." Bigger understatement. "Oh, wait." A grin spread across her face when she remembered. "I do have a somewhat interesting story. One time, my dad was late for Thanksgiving lunch, which is kind of like a tradition thing for family only every Thanksgiving, so I got so upset - bear in mind that I was like, nine - that I stayed in my room until he got home that night, and when he tried to have Thanksgiving dinner instead, I told him I was simply too busy with my schoolwork and skipped dinner to study. Actually, it was probably for the best, I got loads done."

Gage shrugged, "I guess so." He did love that damn dog though. "I don't really see my parents during the holidays. They're always off getting some ass from their people on the side." Which actually explained Gage and his not really respecting many people. He's never had anyone to respect, since both of his parents acted like such sluts. Come to think of it that explained his man-whorishness too. "Wow that makes you seem like an even bigger nerd then I thought." He joked, poking her side playfully.

"Oh," Kiki replied, surprised. She had not known he would go that into his parents personal lives. "Well, then..." And she dropped the matter at that. She jumped when he poked her side, practically falling out of her seat. Blushing furiousley, she muttered, "Sorry, and um... thank you? I think?" She tugged nervousley on one of her braids. "WEll," she said deciding to take it completely as a compliment, "I'm not really a "nerd" I'm simply gorgeousley intellegent." She added sarcastically. "And you know you love it." She grinned.

Gage chuckled, "I do love it." He said looking at her and smiling. "But, you are a nerd, gorgeously intelligent or not." Come to think of it that was a good way to describe her. Gorgeous and intelligent. "So what do you want to do after dinner. It's all up to you." He hadn't really planned anything else, only for them to go and eat at the restaurant. He really didn't want to go back to Easton though.

"Fine. You win." She said with a theatrical sigh. There really was not winning for her no matter how hard she tried. Noone could deny it. That was okay though. "What do I want to do after dinner?" She repeated, her eyes widening just a bit, "Oh I don't know. We could walk around a bit. Or we could go somewhere, a movie, a store, a street, a park, or somewhere else. Oh a park sounds nice! And it's so nice outside. But whatever. I really don't mind either way."
